We believe this project will include: Assist with defining a company-identified community problem and defining the scope of a corresponding project. Develop a needs statement that characterizes the community problem and justifies the need for our project and funding. Identify potential sponsors and funding opportunities that are a good fit for our organization and project. Interpret a request for proposal (RFP). Improve the clarity and persuasiveness of our company's grant proposal writing. We are a real estate property management community that has a strong social element to our work. We need help with grant proposal writing to gain more access to funding for social initiatives to support the communities we serve.

Social Media Scheduler Setup and Management for MB Property Management

The main goal for the project is to set up and manage a social media scheduler for MB Property Management Inc. This will involve creating a content calendar, scheduling posts, and managing interactions with the audience on various social media platforms.

Youtube content creation for Real estate and Property Management

We would like students to help us with creating content that is aligned with our vision, mission, and sector. We will ensure the student has a clear understanding of what these elements are for our organization. We have several photo files that need to be converted into YouTube videos of still moving pictures with music playing . This will be a typical real estate property feature video so that prospective tenants to watch this video instead of viewing the building in person. Ultimately, you will be working on content creation for our organization, including video, social media, and other collateral that we can use as go-to marketing tools.
