Learners in this program are exploring the intricacies of Human Resources Management (HRM), focusing on the interplay between organizational management and HRM. They are developing expertise in critical areas such as recruitment, selection, training, performance appraisal, and reward systems. Our learners are tasked with applying their research skills and knowledge to real-world HR challenges, making them ideal partners for your organization's HR-related projects. These students, working in small teams, will research and analyze a "hot" HR topic, ultimately providing your organization with actionable insights and strategic recommendations tailored to your needs.
Schulich MBA Strategy Field Study (Capstone Consulting Project)

Schulich MBA student-consultants will undertake a comprehensive strategic study of your organization and its external environment to identify key strategic issues and develop actionable recommendations - including an implementation plan - to help your organization achieve its goals. Feedback from past clients indicates that they most appreciate the in-depth analysis and objective assessment of their operations and the new insights and perspectives introduced by the students. Please note: For this capstone project, only companies/organizations with established products and an existing customer base can be accepted (proxy: $2-3M annual revenue). We cannot accommodate start-ups without an established customer base.

Master's Marketing Plan Creation & Implementation
MKTG 6000
Master's student-consultants will devise a strategy to address a marketing opportunity you have identified for your organization. They will work with you to complete a comprehensive business analysis and strategic plan in the January - April 2024 term. In the May - August term we will work with you to implement the plan in the marketplace
