I had a wonderful experience working with David for my first Ripen Internship experience as a Social Media Management Intern. He gave clear directions but also let me take the lead on tasks, which really helped boost my confidence in making decisions. He was super supportive while still encouraging independence, and working with him felt easy because he was always open to new ideas. I really appreciated how he balanced being professional with being friendly and approachable. He was always quick to respond, gave helpful feedback, and made it easy to ask questions and share ideas. Overall, working with David was a great experience that helped me grow in social media management and content creation.
