Project Description: Agora Connections is seeking a team of creative students to design and produce a cartoon-style video series that aligns with our existing artistic theme. The project will focus on illustrating the common pain points faced by our clients, how our services address these challenges, and highlighting the three tiers of service packages we offer. The deliverables include: A Long-Form Video  - Combining all episodes into a single cohesive narrative. Bite-Sized Clips  - Shorter excerpts optimized for social media platforms. Custom Assets  - Students will create all visual and animated assets to maintain consistency with our artistic brand identity. This project requires students to: Review our current branding and artistic style. Develop engaging scripts and storylines based on our provided client profiles and service packages. Project Goal Develop detailed backend documentation, standardized operating procedures, and a deployment instruction manual to enhance maintainability, scalability, and efficient operation of Agora Tutoring's platform. Main Objective Learners will document backend architecture, create SOPs for key operational processes, and produce a deployment manual detailing the step-by-step process for rolling out updates or new features. This ensures smooth operations and minimizes downtime during releases. Required Skills Experience in: Apollo and GraphQL Scope Flexibility: We are willing to break the tasks into individual pieces if needed.
