Minit Inc., a division of Athennian, supports customers by providing paralegal assistance using the Athennian application.
This is a great opportunity for students to experience the next era of corporate legal services by supporting law firms and legal teams in using an innovative corporate entity management platform.
Students will be supported in:
- Assisting Athennian users in learning how to leverage the Athennian application to be more efficient and successful.
- Responding to user support requests with strategic solutions.
- Preparing documents relating to incorporation, organization, amendments, reorganizations, continuances, and amalgamations.
- Preparing and arranging for filing of extra-provincial registrations and updating documents.
- Preparing documents related to share transactions including the issuance of share certificates, and updating registers.
- Conducting minute book reviews and preparing necessary documents to bring minute books up-to-date.
