Bov Active is seeking to enhance its wholesale sales operations by developing a comprehensive prospect list and outreach strategy. The project aims to equip learners with the skills to identify potential wholesale clients and devise an effective outreach plan to engage them. The project will involve researching potential wholesale partners, understanding their needs, and crafting personalized communication strategies. Additionally, learners will focus on building and nurturing relationships with these prospects to foster long-term partnerships. The project will also include tracking the performance of outreach efforts and deriving insights to refine future strategies. This project provides an opportunity for learners to apply their knowledge of sales and marketing principles in a practical setting, while also honing their research and communication skills.

Deliverables

Wholesale Prospect List & Outreach Strategy

  • Research and compile a targeted list of potential retail partners (golf resorts, pro shops, tennis boutiques, indie retailers, wellness studios, etc.).
  • Develop a strategic outreach plan, including messaging, contact methods, and follow-up sequences.

Sales Outreach & Relationship Building

  • Initiate contact with potential wholesale partners through emails, calls, and social media.
  • Present Bov Active’s brand and product offerings in a compelling way.
  • Track responses and nurture relationships with decision-makers.

Performance Tracking & Insights

  • Maintain a structured database of outreach efforts, responses, and progress.
  • Analyze outreach effectiveness and suggest optimizations.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for scaling Bov Active’s wholesale strategy.
